Responsible for coordinating and accessing necessary resources for clients, ensuring they receive the appropriate support.
Verifying the accuracy of the documents for payment and ensuring that all the documents are complete and accurate.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
