Customer Claims assists customers with disputed Debit Card, Automatic Teller Machines (ATM), Point of Sale (POS), and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction for Retail account. Claims analysts initiate claims and decision claims for payment or denial according to federally regulated guidelines.
The Sourcing Specialist will have overall responsibility for consolidating, analyzing and validating all data and reports required for daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc requests from senior management.
