I'm a graduate of hospitality management. A self-assured, dependable and energetic person with prior customer service expertise. I appreciate assisting clients, consumers and individuals with any issues they may have. I am an excellent communicator on the phone, in person and via email. In 2017, I participated in a cultural exchange program in the US. As a housekeeper in a 3-star hotel and as a cashier in a fastfood chain. I obtain a better understanding of myself and people around me, as well as a better comprehension of foreign cultures and stronger international ties. In 2019, a year after I graduated, I decided to study and work in Sydney, Australia. I studied for the Certificate IV in Hospitality while working as a section waiter. Building solid customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and enhancing customer engagement are all things I'm passionate about. I try to remove stress and busywork from your life so that you can spend more time doing what you enjoy.
