As a Missionary our main job is to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people that we visited and talked with. In order for us to be effective in the doing the Lords work and be an advocate of Jesus Christ, we make sure that we are fully prepared to do the work of Him by making realistic plans and back ups, well familiar of what we teach, being worthy to be guided by the Holy spirit and to be prepared to make changes of plans just in case there are unforeseen circumstances that we are going to encounter along the way. We do this everyday, 10 or more hours a day depending if feel that we need to extend our service to the people that we serve with.
Over the course of my 2 years serving as a Missionary, I was fortunate to be given a task to be Mission Recorder and Referral Manager while working directly to our Mission President who is a former owner of a successful company. My main job is to organize and to keep a tracking record to the results of the key indicators of the missionaries per day and to make sure to send referrals to the missionaries if I receive one. Part of my job is to strategize with my Mission President and provide necessary information pertaining about the numbers and summary reports of the total results that the Missionaries makes in the intire week and at that month. I also do reporting in front of the entire Zone Leaders through preparing slides which we do it per month during my service to keep them updated and remind them about the main goal of our Mission. I also provide insights or motivational speech if necessary if I asked to do so.
After my service as Mission Recorder and Referral Manager. I was assigned to be a District Leader in a certain area in our Mission and was given a task to handle a couple of companionship of missionaries to track their daily efforts after their work and give advices if necessary, to provide weekly trainings to them and to handle their investigators if they needed assistance in dealing with them.
