Hi! I’m Ara Rossan Dolorical—call me Arra. I completed my studies in Information and Communication Technology in 2015, and since then, I’ve worn many hats across the sales, BPO, and manufacturing industries. These experiences helped me build a solid and well-rounded foundation in both customer service and admin support.

My career began in sales, where I discovered my love for helping people. From answering questions to solving issues and ringing up purchases with a smile, I learned how to stay calm, professional, and goal-driven in fast-paced environments.

Later, I shifted into the BPO world, where I became a data entry champ—making sure everything was accurate, secure, and exactly where it needed to be. Attention to detail became my best friend!

Most recently, I worked in manufacturing, taking on a mix of admin tasks like updating records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting different departments. It was here that I truly learned how to juggle tasks, stay organized, and be the go-to person when things needed to get done.
