(Administrative Services Officer)

Maintains electronic records for easy accessibility/retrieval of information for future trainings, provides statistical information on trainings and other relevant information as required by other agencies and for records purposes, coordinates with resource speakers and other key personnel for training activities, prepares and produces materials for pre and post training requirements, coordinates/ facilitates and assist in the following areas:

-Production of training materials
-Set training facilities (Function rooms, setting up laptop & projectors
-Co-ordination local and International Events (ASEAN,Intl’ Agreements, etc.)
-Collation of feedback from course evaluation forms
-Assist with co-ordination of training events and other meetings, including: Training Activities; Meetings (personnel/officials); Seminars; Workshop; Teambuilding Activity; Special Events
-Arrange accommodation/ travel where necessary; Booking venues
-Handles specific tasks (Programs, Trainings and Meetings)
-Prepares Memo’s/ CPO’s and other communications
