During the pandemic, a friend and I decided to set up a Facebook page for their furniture business in order to improve customer service, reach more leads, and make it easier for customers to contact us. This increased our sales, and we sold approximately 11 pieces of furniture per month compared to not having a Facebook page.

In addition, I began my career as a call center agent back in 2021, assisting clients with their internet, TV, phone, email, and home security technological concerns. I also helped them resolve issues by performing technical troubleshooting and scheduling appointments for technician dispatch when necessary. This experience taught me to multitask, be proactive, and remain flexible and adaptable in any situation.
