This increased our sales, and we sold approximately 11 pieces of furniture per month compared to not having a Facebook page.
In addition, I began my career as a call center agent back in 2021, assisting clients with their internet, TV, phone, email, and home security technological concerns. I also helped them resolve issues by performing technical troubleshooting and scheduling appointments for technician dispatch when necessary. This experience taught me to multitask, be proactive, and remain flexible and adaptable in any situation.
