•Prepares production plan based on Sales and Marketing Plan.
•Identifies factory capacity, manufacturing processes lead time to support production plan.
•Prepares materials procurement plan based on production plan, standard raw materials requirement per case and stock condition according to ideal standard stock level.
•Monitor all inventory in the production floor, from raw materials, in-process, sub manufactured and finished products. Assures that input and output materials always play in balance.
