I started my career in the BPO industry, where I spent more than four years in customer service and later moved into the escalation team, order entry, and billing. I then worked for a software development company for five years, where I closely supported the CEO. My role covered both executive assistance and business operations, which meant managing day-to-day workflows, coordinating tasks, and helping keep the business organized and running smoothly.
I’ve also worked remotely for a cleaning business in California for two years, handling customer support and business operations. This role strengthened my ability to work independently, manage remote communication, and support a business from behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my rest days outdoors—either at the beach or in the mountains—or catching up with friends and family. When I’m at home, I like keeping things simple: doing a few chores, relaxing, or binge-watching my favorite shows.
