I have over 10 years of combined experience working in customer support, business operations, and executive assistance across different industries. I started my career in the BPO industry, where I spent more than four years in customer service and later moved into the escalation team, order entry, and billing. That experience helped me build strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.

I then worked for a software development company for five years, where I closely supported the CEO. My role covered both executive assistance and business operations, which meant managing day-to-day workflows, coordinating tasks, and helping keep the business organized and running smoothly.

I’ve also worked remotely for a cleaning business in California for two years, handling customer support and business operations. This role strengthened my ability to work independently, manage remote communication, and support a business from behind the scenes.

Most recently, I worked as an Executive Assistant for a corporate lawyer for over two years, supporting a fast-paced and detail-heavy environment where organization, confidentiality, and time management were essential.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my rest days outdoors—either at the beach or in the mountains—or catching up with friends and family. When I’m at home, I like keeping things simple: doing a few chores, relaxing, or binge-watching my favorite shows.
