Hello, my name is April Joy R. Ilagan, a 28-year old Filipina, married and an only child of the family. Throughout my life, I have developed a diverse set of interests and passions that have molded my path and personal development.
When it comes to my academic background, I graduated from Adamson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering which has provided me with a solid foundation in communication, creativity, management and computer science.
Professionally, I've had the honor of learning skills in project management and customer relation experience. These experiences have formed me to become reliable, confident, and can resolve conflicts within my role, and I am constantly looking for new challenges to help me improve and evolve.
In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and TV series, attending concerts, visiting museums, listening to music and playing video games. These activities not only allow me to unwind but also provide me with inspiration and new perspectives.

Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well
organized. Creates project plan to keep track of the progress of the project. Communicate
with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project
plan. Monitor timesheets and update offline and online trackers. In addition, organize
reporting, plan meetings such as kick-off meetings, weekly calls and design reviews, and
provide updates to manager and teammates. Do phone calls and email communication.
Monitoring the daily progress of projects. Providing detailed updates to project managers,
project teams and subcontractors. Use SAP Software System to process work order's
BOM, MTA and other data. Organizing reports, updating offline and online trackers.
Preparation of shipping request forms for domestic transport of telco materials and in
close coordination with the logistics team.
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits. Ordering necessary office supplies. Clerical works and admin. Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access. Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks. Answering calls and e-mails to follow up clients and suppliers. Outsourcing of machines and machine parts both locally
and international.
Recording videos using pre-recorded audio to send to prospects to help expand marketing agency.
Conduct research to identify events and trade shows suitable for Oshki to participate in and sell products. Assist in researching and applying for funding opportunities that align with Oshki's mission and values. Identify and gather contact information of individuals and organizations that could potentially become strategic partners. Support the expansion of Oshki's business-to-business (B2B) partnerships by researching and reaching out to retail stores interested in carrying our products. Collaborate with the founder to develop compelling cold outreach strategies, leveraging Oshki's unique strengths as a startup, having a young founder, and making a positive environmental impact. Maintain an organized database of contacts, leads, and ongoing communication. Provide general administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
