I am a Team Leader in three Different BPO companies for 5 years. I started to work as a Customer Service Representative and climbed my way up to become a Team Leader. I have a total of more than 12 years of experience in the BPO industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, I give 100% Customer Satisfaction, making sure that clients' issues are resolved and providing a world-class Quality Service. I also worked as a Technical Support Representative. I support networking devices such as routers. I configure routers remotely by accessing the web user interface of the router and make sure that the customers can connect to the internet wired and wirelessly after configuring the router.
As a Team Leader, I am handling 12-20 Customer Care Representatives. I provide weekly scheduled coaching to all my agents. Aside from Coaching, managing the team’s performance is one of the major roles of a Team Leader. I conduct Team Huddles/Meetings to make sure that everyone on my team is updated with everything that concerns their job especially in hitting the team’s target.
