As a Senior Collections Agent, I've worked in the BPO sector for the past six years. My daily task is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that customers' billing concerns are addressed. As a collections agent, some of my responsibilities include processing debit card and check payments, researching client disputes and resolving their complaints by making appropriate adjustments, and creating payment arrangements. I used to be named Top Agent of the Year and get many awards such as the Outstanding Collections Award, Certificate of Excellence, and Best Agent for Quarter 1, among others. I am a dedicated worker who picks things up quickly.
