- Prepared listing documents (Duties Owed, Team Duties, Listing Agreement, ABA) via Transaction Desk, verifying seller names against property tax and deed records before prep.
- Ordered listing signage through Sign Guy when needed and updated listing statuses (active, under contract, sold, expired, withdrawn) in Asana, Sentrilock, and Google Drive.
- Downloaded and reviewed signed listing documents for accuracy, sending corrections to sellers when needed, and uploaded property photos from AllMedia to MLS.
