Collaborate with the Product and Development team to analyze escalated cases and present the resolution to clients. Determining critical issues and pulling together the relevant point of contact from different groups that can resolve them.
Troubleshoot technical issues experienced during online conferences such as low audio or video quality. Work with the Software Developer and internal teams to figure cause and resolution of issues reported. Perform admin maintenance on user accounts. Create a standard operating procedure for the team and worked.
