Hello everyone! My name is Anthony and I'm 26 years old with two kids. I started my career at Sutherland Global Services as a Customer Service Representative at Petco, where I have worked for two years. In 2021, I decided to take a new direction by becoming a Virtual Assistant to various clients in the United States. This has enabled me to expand my skills and gain additional knowledge. I remember working with my previous clients, they were providing me with a looming video that explained how to do the tasks required, and I am always eager to learn new things if I am dedicated and willing to put in the effort. I am a fast learner with excellent problem-solving capabilities and extensive knowledge of products and services. I'm very attentive to detail and meticulous to process and I also use organizational tools to ensure that I'm effective and efficient in the company. I am a positive role model and I always strive to give the extra mile for clients, I also take responsibility for my own professional development, and learning new things is something that always interests me. On top of this, I am an active listener and I am able to get along with people from different backgrounds. I started my career at Sutherland Global Services. My role is Customer Service Representative. The company was Petco and the concerns were receiving are checking their order status, placing an order on behalf of customers, price matching with competitors, complaints from a local store and even on their orders, etc.
This company was selling flasks and knives with engraving. My role is customer service representative and at the same time, I'm helping this client to do visual merchandising, product discovery, and filtering the orders. We are selling through Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, and Amazon FBA. I'm answering emails through Etsy chat, Gmail, Walmart, and Amazon. We are using Slack for team communication and Asana is our tool for the task manager.
This business is clothing that we're representing HBCU schools. We are selling sweatshirts and other apparel. I'm helping the client to answer the inquiries through chat using Instagram and Facebook. I'm also in charge of replying to those comments on every content that we are posting. Sometimes, the volume of chats is low and I proactively help to answer the emails through Gorgias.
We are selling prebiotics for toddlers and kids. I'm handling the emails coming through Superhuman and at the same time, I'm filtering the special orders and regular orders prior to printing the shipping label and sending it to the person working in the physical warehouse.
We are selling toe socks or orthopedic socks in the whole state of the USA. I'm answering emails through Gmail for the inquiries of the customer and at the same time, I'm replying to the chats of the customers via Facebook and Instagram. I'm also handling the comments through Facebook and Instagram and making sure to reply to the customers in a timely manner.
I'm helping the client to set up a meeting schedule using Google Calendar, sending an email to the prospect leads for the meeting invitation, Leads Generation, and adding expense pictures and descriptions using Brex.
I found this outsourced job, and the company is like Airbnb or Giggster where you can rent or lease a space for a bridal shower, christenings, movie shootings, birthdays, and other events. My role is to answer the customer's inquiry about space and how can they rent it, and what information is needed to negotiate with the owners.
