As the Sales Operation Support Lead Specialist, I manage and prepare lead lists for the sales team, ensuring they are accurate and ready on time. I review and verify lead details, correcting any errors or discrepancies, especially those from incorrect data provided by callers. My role helps maintain a reliable lead database, supporting the sales team in targeting potential clients effectively.
I manage employee resignations by ensuring all exit procedures are followed, including preparing exit documents and processing final pay. I also handle the Accounts Payable (AP) records for resigned employees to ensure financial matters are settled. Additionally, I prepare and analyze the bank's Attrition Reports to provide insights into employee turnover, helping with workforce planning and retention strategies.
As the Team Leader of the Cashiering Department, I oversee the collection of payments and make sure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. I also prepare monthly reports for the supervisor or store manager, sharing important details about the department’s performance. In addition to payment processing, I help address customer inquiries and concerns, working closely with the Customer Service Team to reduce wait times and ensure a better experience for our customers.
