Hello, my name is Anne. I have a keen interest in building computers, I have been working in the BPO Shared Services industry in customer service for 6 years, handling various fields, including telecommunications for North American companies. In this role, I managed inbound calls for billing, retention, and customer service. Later, I transitioned into the financial field, working in customer service as an outbound caller in collections. I also gained experience in B2B customer service as an Insurance Tracker Agent for mortgage banking companies like JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo. My main responsibilities included B2B calls, administrative tasks, data entry for account creation, and email support. Through this experience, I enhanced my skills in utilizing CRM software, including Salesforce, SAP Management, and Black Knight data and analytics software.
