• Answers healthcare provider’s queries regarding on a claim inquiry
• Provides timely resolution of providers healthcare insurance concerns
• Discusses member’s eligibility and benefits information
• Responsible for disclosing crucial information and keeping confidential files
• Assisting providers for their general queries about claim, authorization and appeal submissions
• Responsible for obtaining prior authorization for a DME provided to our patients.
• Handles Clinical information for submission of authorization purposes
• Conducts an outbound call towards doctors, insurances, and patients if necessary
• Has target quota to accomplish for a day
• Conducts outbound call to prospective target sample
• Conducts political and product satisfaction survey over the phone
• Responsible for capturing accurate responses
