-reviewing medical records and reports from clinics and hospital
-sending emails to providers and Case Officers
-Liase with case managers and service providers and ensure all documents and files are accurate and up to date.
-Collaborating with team members as directed.
- Appointment coordination, linking providers to cases, and researching suitable providers for appropriate files.
-Sending case files and client responding.
-Behind the scenes support for case managers to progress the cases.
-Follow emails to provider and customers and calling providers for update and follow up the request.
Reviewing patient files and reports received from providers and forwarding it to customers.
-Performing HR Administrative functions such as answering employee concerns, employee Payroll, exam administration, updating 201 files of employees, and preparation of performance evaluation (Regular and Project Based Employees).
-Attend DOLE hearings and seek legal counsel on HR concerns. Provide memos to employees given with disciplinary actions. Preparation of loan and contribution payments (SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PHIC). Perform other task assigned by management
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing records.
