Working as technical support for a certain application specifically Workday that routes tickets to a ticketing system called ServiceNow. Serving as customer support to the client that encounters errors from the application and gives instructions to solve the issues.
-Cold Calling – Lead Generation – Customer Support
Working as customer support for clients and leads that need assistance regarding the schedule and meetings for the company. Calling all leads to remind the schedule using the application iPlum and logging the information gathered to the CRM. Communication with other employees using Slack to asked assistance and assign the lead to the right people.
