- Monitoring NoiseAware alerts in the afternoon, evening, and at night.
- Communicating with guests via text, phone calls, and/or email when they are causing a noise disturbance and de-escalate any and all noise issues. (Texts, calls and emails are sent from a secure, company account).
- Communicating with City Managers and security personnel when there is a noise disturbance to assist in de-escalating noise issues on site.
- Maintaining NoiseAware account including adjusting thresholds and fixing discrepancies.
- Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guest
