- Adding warehouse companies across the USA using Apollo and LinkedIn filters
- Conduct cold email outreach to potential leads using Apollo
- Perform client outreach via LinkedIn to introduce our business model and encourage potential clients to schedule meeting or call.
- Maintain and update the master database with all identified warehouse contacts and all information
- Input and organize all leads into internal databases for tracking and follow-up purposes
● Outreach to social media influencers and events/workout studios
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional
manner.
● Engage with followers, build a community, and increase brand awareness.
● Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and
make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
● Respond to Facebook comments on Ad’s
● Sending out samples as requested by the team
● Respond to customer inquiries via social media

● Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively
● Manage customer's subscriptions, cancellation of orders and refunds (Shopify)
● Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products/services to address customer questions effectively.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
● All outreach and send out’s are to be tracked in google doc and a weekly recap should be provided at the end of day Friday noting how many people/events/etc. were contacted and how many cases were sent out.
● Update YTD Sales every day.
