1. Recruitment and Selection: Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks. Assisting in the selection of qualified candidates and coordinating the onboarding process. 2. Employee Relations: Acting as a resource for employees, addressing their concerns, and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise in the workplace. This includes conducting investigations into employee complaints and ensuring fair and consistent disciplinary actions. 3. Performance Management: Assisting in the implementation of performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. 4. Training and Development: Coordinating and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives. 5. Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. This includes processing payroll, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 6. HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with organizational objectives and comply with employment laws. Communicating these policies to employees and providing guidance on their interpretation and application. 7. HR Administration: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews. Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and providing data analysis to support decision-making. 8. Employee Engagement: Supporting initiatives to foster employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Assisting in the organization of employee events, surveys, and feedback programs to gauge employee morale and identify areas for improvement. 9. Compliance: Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring the organization's HR practices remain compliant. Assisting in the completion of required reports and documentation for regulatory agencies.
Maintains good business relationship and handling the daily inquiries, issues, and concerns of clients.
· Coordinate with the dealer concerns, Sales incentives, rates, documentation requirements, credit, and collections.
· Handles post-dated checks queries.
· Follow up collections on clients with past due accounts.
· Sending the demand letter.
· Handles credit investigation report.
· Screens auto loan applicants.
· Manage the overall bookings and screening of newly released unit.
· Follow up clients regarding outstanding deficiency of documents.
· Assist on claims and renew of TPL and Comprehensive insurance
· Prepares daily collection report.
· Follow up daily payments and delinquent accounts.
· Submits weekly reports on collections from past due accounts.
· Prepares schedule for CI check.
· Coordinates with the bank regarding client accounts.
· Handles Customer Complaints.
· Other duties that may assigned from time to time.

With my previous work, I do the complaint for the replevin cases in one bank. From drafting until filing of case.
