I worked in various companies for the past years, such as; business process outsourcing, consulting groups and administrative NGO's, which contributed in my knowledge as a Virtual Assistant.
I can also provide marketing and technical support from what I have studied throughout my education and work experiences which includes; social media and accounts handling, bookkeeping, data entry works and content creation.

Responsible for the maintenance of mechanical machines, maintaining, testing, rebuilding and repairing electric motors, transformers, switchgear and other electrical apparatus and the welfare of the related job in fixing and making production lines in the factory set up. Furthermore, exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems. Design and test automation equipment and processes. Programming new automated components and identifying quality issues and writing reports. Also, eliminates defects and errors with product and software development and lastly, collaborating with other business units.
Handled orders at the counter, receive payments and present change to customers. Attend to customers with complaints and questions, give certain information regarding products and services, take orders, and process returns. Ensures a role in sales which is a big part of my job. On top of that, manages the register, including all credit card and cash operation during work hours.
Handled a seasonal account during Holidays particularly. Trained, studied and made calls to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Attended to customers' inquiry regarding the account we were handling, made sure that customers had the convenient purchasing the products and provided accurate, valid and enough data using the appropriate methods or tools by the company. Market to customers like promotions and discounts to generate sales lead. And most importantly, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
