DISPATCH MANAGER - The dispatch manager we had resigned, therefore I was given the chance to take over as dispatch manager for a period of six months. I was being the technician's main point of contact including assigning tasks, monitoring the technician's schedule, creating invoices, and taking sup calls.
CSR/SALES REP/ APPT SETTER - As a CSR, I answer incoming calls, schedule a tech visit with the client, offer our other services, and sell memberships.
We received calls from customer’s who are having trouble with their TV boxes and Televisions. We are performing troubleshooting over the phone and if troubleshooting doesn’t work, we will send signal to their TV boxes to reboot it.
We are calling prospects to ask questions or conduct a survey pertaining to whoever they are going to vote for the upcoming election. It was a seasonal account
Since I like to jump on trends, I made this page back in 2016 just for fun, to share funny photographs, and to keep up with the latest developments. It currently has 25,000 followers and 26,00 likes, however I haven't posted anything since I started working in 2018. Periodically, I would visit the page and alter the content to promote products or apparel and still get messages from potential customers even if I am no longer that active on this page.
