Front Desk Receptionist is in charge of greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department. This involves welcoming people as they arrive, answering basic questions and ensuring they reach their intended destination within the office or facility. Answering calls for inquiries and reservations. Keeping tracks of visitors logs that are organizes and easily accessible. Processing payments and invoices. Monitoring office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Responsible for making invoices for restaurant guests and hotel guests. Accepting payments and issuance of official receipt. I'm also in charge on monitoring the inventory of both Kitchen Department and Dining Department, making list of what to order based on the movement of the product before sending it to the purchasing officer.
Events inquiries and bookings. Receiving payments from restaurant guests and events. Reminding each department for upcoming event or reservation. Making sure each events meets guest request and special instruction. Pre-event meeting to remind each employee about their task and duty, post-meeting to acknowledge their effort to boost their confidence.
Hotel and Restaurant Reservations. Events inquiries and bookings. Keeping records of each guests, Restaurant Guest and Hotel Guests, for future reference. Sending off marketing deals to repeat customers thru Facebook and email.
Scheduling of meetings, food tastings and bookings of suppliers. Receiving of payments. Booking of suppliers that is included in the package. Sending reminders before each events.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
