-My role as Lay Underwriter involves various responsibilities such as assessing clients' application forms and medical documents, checking their records in our system, and recommending the necessary requirements. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing corresponding letters and scheduling appointments for our accredited clinics to cater to our clients' needs. As an Operations Staff, I assess and approve enrolments, and prepare monthly reports that include billings, certificates, referral fees, and agents commission.
