Hello! I’m Angelo Margoux Milan, but you can call me Gelo. I’m passionate about photography and cooking great food. In addition to these hobbies, I’m focused on developing my professional skills.
I have 1 year and 10 months of experience in the BPO industry, having worked across three different companies. Currently, I’m with TELUS Digital as a Business Support Specialist, where I assist clients and dealers from various stores. My background also includes video editing work for small businesses back in 2020, creating promotional content to help them grow.

I worked across Billing, Backoffice, and Channel Care departments, addressing a wide range of issues, including billing inquiries, order queries, account management, and credit assessments. I provided support to both clients and dealers via phone and email to resolve these concerns.
