After finishing the contracts I had with my previous endeavor, I started joining paid courses to improve my current skillsets further. One of which is Social Media Management or SMM. To test the knowledge that I learned from the courses that I took, I took it upon myself to create my own Facebook page. This is to create a platform where I can establish my credibility and build trust with my future clients.
The roles and responsibilities will be handled by myself but for a comprehensive list of roles, this includes:
Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for Facebook posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
Audience Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Facebook. Foster conversations and build relationships with the audience.
Community Building:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Facebook, aligning with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns on Facebook, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook content using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
Facebook Ads Management:
- Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns. Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation based on data and goals.
Stay Updated on Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and updates on Facebook. Implement new features and tactics to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
Brand Voice Maintenance:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all Facebook communications. Ensure that the brand's personality aligns with its identity.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
Crisis Management:
- Be prepared to handle any social media crises or negative situations promptly and professionally. Develop strategies for crisis communication on Facebook.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of Facebook content, including headlines, visuals, and posting times, to optimize engagement and reach.
