• Answering phone calls to process their orders, move shipping dates, create Refund Request or Returns
• We are using Excel sheets most of the time to input our calls and cross-sell
• We are also cross-selling products like Vitamins and Mineral, Bed pads, and even CBD products

• At the start of my Shift I made sure that I was able to Log into both CRM (Tawk And Grasshopper)

• We also have a sales tracker to list down all our inquiries from the previous days – on that tracker, we can check if we already responded to the customer's inquiry.
• Most customers will call, chat, or send us an email asking for the availability of the unit, the lead time, and a quote request.
• For Availability and Lead Time we call or email the vendor. Ex. TurboAir, Everest, Atlar Air, Beveraage Air, etc
• For quote we have to create a quote and send it to the customer’s email.
• Customers can purchase and pay through Credit Cards, Debit cards, and PayPal.
• We have to make sure that all sales leads will be responded to within the day.
• We are also working on the back end of the two websites using “Magento”
• On the back end we process orders.
• We also send customers tracking info and receiving instructions to the customer using the backend of the two websites.
• We are also adding and approving new brands/products for both websites and making sure it has good quality images, presentable listings, or descriptions, as well as making sure that each item has a Spec Sheet.
