I have honed my communication skills and customer service abilities through my work as sales service specialist and customer service account associate, while my experience as finance clerk has helped me develop a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. As a technical support representative, I have gained valuable problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while pacifying irate customers. Additionally, my experience as a data encoder and cashier has provided me with strong multitasking abilities and a high level of attention to detail. In this role, I've been responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns regarding their AT&T account, bills, and services for home internet, phone, mobility and DirecTV in a timely and professional manner. This includes basic troubleshooting, negotiating and processing adjustments for clients disputes, making sales for adding services and managing accounts to enhance clients overall experience with the company, pacifying irate customers and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Also the most important thing is maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transaction on their account and reporting trends of clients issues to the appropriate teams to improve the service of the company. All is done through calls via AVAYA and using tools such as CRM, CLARIFY, and OPUS.
As a technical support representative, I've been responsible for resolving technical issues for U-verse home internet, phone and tv by troubleshooting on both ends with the help of the customer, collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalations, assisting on setting up new services, equipment, and troubleshooting issues related to connectivity, network, or software. Escalating to appropriate teams to improve customer service and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Tools used is OPUS.
REAL PROPERTY TAXES CLERK responsible for maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks related to property taxes. Main duties include processing tax payments, verifying property ownership and tax information, updating tax records, preparing tax notices, and assisting taxpayers with inquiries or concerns regarding their property taxes.
I've been responsible for conducting sales audits , managing sales agents accounts, and monitoring their sales performance, ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping for sales transactions and commission payments. All is done using tools such as SAP, and Excel.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
