• Works in a professional and customer centric and high-volume environment taking Inbound, outbound & manual calls (overdraft pre-charge off & charged off accounts) utilizing an auto dialer or direct dialer system to initiate customer contact and determine the reason of delinquency.
• Mitigating Risk by adhering to policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulation.
• Provides exceptional service while being empathetic while evaluating customer’s situation by providing solution in negotiating payment options and settlement
• Taking Inbound, outbound calls for Early, Mid and High Delinquency accounts, utilizing predictive and manual dialer to initiate customer contact and determine the reason of delinquency.
• Provides exceptional service by providing solutions in processing payments, negotiating repayment, prequalifying deferments, and process forbearance.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
