- Data entry: Correctly enter financial transactions into the Xero accounting system, including invoices, receipts, and costs. Make sure that all data is accurately captured and classified.
- Bank Reconciliation: Compare the transactions recorded in Xero with the bank statements to do routine bank reconciliations. Find any errors or missing transactions, then fix them.
- Financial Reporting: Help with financial reporting by using the reporting tools provided by Xero. Inventory, balance sheets, accounts payable and receivable, and any special reports as needed may be included.
- Xero System Support: Gain proficiency in using the Xero accounting software and provide support to other team members as needed.
