I utilize Looker Studio, a powerful tool for tracking open house opportunities, booked appointments, and missed opportunities to monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies each quarter.

As an Open House Coordinator, I closely monitor this part of Looker Studio and present it in every meeting to highlight key open house locations.
This tool is very useful in real estate, as it tracks the addresses of open houses and booked appointments. It helps the company see where the agents who are actively submitting open house listings are coming from. With this information, I can give the TC Team insights into which locations have strong activity and where the company’s transactions are performing well.
