In my most recent role as a Senior Recruiter - Non-Voice Recruitment Admin Support, I managed various backend processes including document validation, onboarding coordination, and data entry across platforms like Bullhorn and Salesforce. I worked closely with both internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely support in recruitment operations — a skill set that can easily be applied to a Virtual Assistant position.
