• Prepares accurate sales quotations to Dealers or End users and send thru email and Sales Force (CRM).
• In-charge of the price list updating, access, and updating of quotation status at Sales Force (CRM).
• Preparation of pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements
• Assisting clients with regards to their inquiry and complaints.
• Provide a service summary report and status/updates.
• In-charge of monitoring of the status of served clients and technician/s.
• Providing interview with customer regarding the complaint of any certain equipment and thereby giving phone conversation for immediate repair assistance.
• Handling Import, Export, domestic, Trucking Shipment and customs releasing of cargo
• Arranges shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time; dispatches to carriers.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Collect and analyze service issue and carrier quality information and develop clear and concise reports to client
• Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
• Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
