Here's the Sample of the Data that I make in my work. Since I worked in a Mortgage Company, I am the one who sends an Email to the Title Company of a specific property to request for the Deed of Trust and Final Title Policy of the said property. I am also reviewing the documents that they sent back. If revision is needed, I am also making a request for that until the document is completed and ready to upload.
