• Responsible in Full Registration of patients into Capacity Management (Electronic Medical Record)
• Responsible in transferring patients on the system to designated department/unit.
• Assuring that the patient's appointment was scheduled upon discharged.
• Compiles, processes and ensures protection of patient records and data.
• Manages the patient record for check-in, admission, patient care, physician orders, check out and discharge for the respective unit.
• Assist the Manager & CNL's in the collection of information related to advanced research and reports required by the department.
• Provides suggestion on administration, patient records and other departmental procedures as required.
• Adheres to Sidra’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
• Performs HR duties such as hiring employees and training new staff.
• Coordinating with the PRO concerning the legal documents of the company and employees.
• Coordinating with all the staff and ensures that all the assigned tasks to them were carried out properly.
• Ensuring office services is properly maintain and implements office policies.
• Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities needed.
• Managing the finance and budget, follow up all unpaid invoices from the clients and doing the payroll.
• Doing proper costing for proposed projects, events and monthly sessions.
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
• Scanning files into database; data entry of customer information.
• Carrying out all clerical support duties including photocopying, typing, filing & post
• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
