I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a former Parts Custodian in a Suzuki branch here in the Philippines. My job role was to provide friendly and attentive service to customer inquiries and order requests. I was also in-charge of the customer information, call notes, personal data, and other related data entries. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools like MS Word and Powerpoint. I am attentive to detail and have teamwork and interpersonal skills. I am now aspiring to become a Virtual Assistant.
