I have 3yrs work experience in Customer Service and Administrative Tasks and 1yr experience in Social Media Management. My most recent position was as a Social Media Manager for a local online business. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing all marketing for the company on Facebook and Instagram. My responsibilities included monitoring and responding to customer comments, creating new content for social media platforms, scheduling posts, and optimizing graphics so they would perform well on a variety of platforms. I can deliver and amplify content, both from the brand and its community. In addition, I am skilled in customer support which has taught me how to understand and prioritize customer issues, how to manage multiple tasks at once, and how to communicate effectively with others.
