I have been working in the field of customer service for six years now, and my experience ranges from email support to gathering transportation information. In addition, I am responsible for real time monitoring that enables me to create reports so we can hit our daily metrics goals effectively!
When I first started my job, one of the most frustrating aspects was having to work with data. Cleaning it up and making sense out what's collected can be a tedious task but when you get into creating visualizations like charts or graphs on Google Sheets that make things much easier!
I find myself spending more time in Excel than ever before because there are so many ways for me organize all these numbers easily by just dragging them where they need go - especially if your spreadsheet has plenty rows/columns already set-up as well
