• Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties
• Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs
• Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
• Oversight of all delegated claims processing functions which include but not limited to timely and accurate completion of claims processing audits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborates with Encounter Department’s management to corrective actions required from the Network Providers are implemented.
• Ensure timely submission of all audit results and non-compliant groups to the senior Management and appropriate Committees.
• Collects all required regulatory reports such as claims timeliness reports from Operations/Network Internal departments (Claims, Pharmacy and Provider Dispute Resolution).
• Prepares and submits all required regulatory reports to Head of Medical Affairs and or higher management as required.
• Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to Claims oversight activities.
• Prepares documents for regulatory audits and participates in regulatory audit interviews.
• Develops training documents/communications for staff such as new and updated regulatory claims processing requirements.
• Welcome customers into the store; initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advise on the available products, recommend/demonstrate appropriate products; and promote cross selling with a view to meet the customers' needs.
• Provide professional till point service to close the sale and offer the customers an overall enjoyable shopping experience.
• Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Update product knowledge, follow latest trends to provide confident and relevant advice to customers and gather market intelligence to learn about competition / stay ahead of it
• Maintain personal grooming as per the brand standards to represent a positive image Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Provide inputs to the short and long-range operational objectives, strategies action plans, and annual budget of the division
• Assist in the operation of indicative plans and operational/accomplishment report of the division
• Coordinate with various offices/agencies as regards program presentation conduct of researches and interviews
• Handle ground working/gathering and analysis of various market data/information needed in marketing the program
• Perform marketing/advocacy-related tasks to target organized groups and individuals, from the information education campaign to enrollment stage
• Conduct presentation of the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP) to potential donors/sponsors including but not limited to the Organized groups and private/Government Agencies
• Conduct orientation and re-orientation on NHIP to various stakeholders including the private and government sector members
• Assist in the preparation of a comprehensive marketing-related reports and information for ready reference of PRO officers and Staff, which may include the
