Data Encoding and Information Management
During my data entry training, I worked with high-volume datasets, managing information across multiple categories. My tasks included encoding, verifying accuracy, formatting spreadsheets, organizing data, and ensuring consistency across all entries. This portfolio showcases samples of the datasets I handled and the processes involved
Task Samples:
This sample demonstrates my ability to accurately encode and organize high-volume data across multiple fields. The dataset includes policy numbers, expiry dates, locations, business types, insured values, risk indicators, and results. All data was entered manually from source files, ensuring precision and consistency. Each row went through a manual check to ensure entries matched the required conditions. I used logical markers like ‘TRUE/FALSE,’ risk checks, and outcome labels (e.g., ‘Pay,’ ‘Do Not Pay,’ ‘Low Value’) to confirm data correctness
Task Sample 2:
In this task, I handled high-volume grade data, including computing final scores and entering individual subject grades. I maintained accuracy while managing multiple columns and ensuring all student records were complete and correctly calculated
Task Sample 3:

I also handled high-volume datasets related to customer orders, including order origin, product type, quantity, unit cost, and total amount. I ensured accurate computations and consistent data formatting while organizing the information for easy tracking and analysis.
Task Sample 4:

For the final part of my training, I processed high-volume customer invoice data by calculating subtotals, grand totals, and remaining balances. This task required precise computation, accurate data entry, and consistent documentation across all records.
Thank you for reviewing my data entry portfolio. I am committed to delivering accurate, well-organized, and high-quality work. I am open to data entry roles that require reliability, speed, and attention to detail.
