Hi! My name is Andrea Nicole, but people used to call me Andi. I've been working for over 4 and a half years in the Customer Service industry. I was a Technical Support Representative, Technical Assistant, Service crew and currently a US Tax Specialist. I can adapt to things easily and I'm confident that I'm a fast-learner. I can handle multiple task, work under pressure and willing to work overtime if needed. I find myself having a hard time to say no to others when they need help from me.
