• Collaboration between client and different department in Intelicare.
• Visit client for different meetings such as service level agreement, utilization, renewal, wellness, pre-ape, onsite APE and other matters.
• Conduct service level agreement meeting with client to meet expectation and to provide turn around time per different kind of request.
• Conduct utilization meeting for client reference on their availments. As their partner, we provide recommendation for them to manage their utilization and to have favorable loss ratio. Mostly to help manage premium rates.
• Collaborate with client request for wellness lectures and activities
• Conduct renewal meeting and discuss client request for enhancement and recommendation.
• Collaborate and conduct pre-ape meeting with client in preparation on their onsite APE (Annual physical exam).
• Site visit during client’s onsite APE to make sure the service is done smoothly and according to plan.
• Response to all email concern send by clients, broker and members.
• Response to all calls and sms message coming from clients, brokers and customer service.
• Assist on helpdesk or card distribution
This work allows me to be compassionate but still knows the limitation. It allows me to be flexible and multi-task with
quality service and compassion. This work gives me alot of fulfillment as we were able to help but still knows what is
right and according to the contract. This kind work takes alot of patience since customer service or clients may call
us anytime 24/7.
• Accept and total financial income in clinic for Dr. Asuncion Fernandez at St. Luke's Medical Arts- Global City
• Compute monthly and annual income of clinic
• Inventory of medicine and supplies once a week both clinic QC and Global City
• Purchase supplies needed every month
• Assist doctor on pregnant patients in clinic
• Assist patience BP and weight.
• Update system for patients personal details.

Job description is flexible as doctor is my sister. Can assist according to her advise but focus more on financial matter
and inventory.
• Monitor and professionally advise clients on their issued returned checks and inward returned checks.
• Communicate with clients in a professional, pleasant and respectful manner for the technicalities of their issued checks.
• Prepare and submit required reports and letters.
• Communicate with treasury department for the exchange rates.
• Confirmation of checks with other banks for bills purchase.
• Prepares bank certificate as client’s request.
• Promptly open new accounts for existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deal with transactions related to Fixed Deposits.
• Answer phone queries with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist clients who have queries on their accounts and loans with courtesy, professionalism and respect.
• Act as a back up teller.
This role allows me to be more sensitive on clients queries, needs and wants on their accounts or loans.
It helps me improve my service to clients with utmost concern, professionalism and respect. Patience is also
emphasize on this type of work as we encounter different kinds of people. Team work is also important on this work.
