I am Ana Mae Cruz, graduated at OLM INSTITUTE BALIUAG finished a Technical Vocational Courses such as Caregiving, Massage Theraphy and Food and Beverages. Last April 2023 I finished another Technical vocational course for BREAD AND PASTRY MAKING. I worked as a secretary for two years 2019-2021 in MCYCLE 1 INTERCITY Bocaue Bulacan. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative / non-voice in 24-7 INTOUCH in Cubao. I have a flexible and positive approach to employment and I am willing to train suit my next working environment. I can work unsupervised alone or as a member of a team and I like to use my skills to make positive contribution. I have a good interpersonal understanding and communication skills and I am confident team worker with the ability to work on own initiative and also I am a family person with responsibilities , very reliable and trustworthy.
