Hi Im Ana Liza Cajucom, Im 39. I worked in a Manufacturing company for 19yrs as a QC Data Analysis and a Shift Leader. As a Quality Controller we are responsible for monitoring and managing the quality of products. We ensure that our products are free of defects and meet customer requirements. And as a leader we are responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data. We also responsible for overseeing operations during a specific shift, providing direction to employees, monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, complete daily reports and other paperwork as needed.
