● Provides clerical and administrative support to the Business Development and Admin Department.
● Generates monthly invoices and credit notes to all clients.

● Scheduling the Director's meetings thru google calendar, & arrange appointments with our clients and suppliers.
● Incharge of managing sensitive office documents such as client contracts, agreements, other legal documents such ISO certificates, ACRA, and employee data.
● In- charge of the Ministry of Manpower (application matters and queries of work passes and permits).
● Perform other general office administration.
