• Assisted the Director & Managing Director as needed, managed their calendar, and appointments and attended meetings.
• Registered learner(s) for IBS program, provide them unique candidate ID, send login credentials, schedule exams through Pearson VUE and issue invoices.
• Solved customer and student concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships.
• Update learner grades in the company’s database and prepare certificates through EduQual-UK.
• Issued client invoices, quotations and prepare monthly reports on learner registration and finances (e.g., learner registered each month, financial updates etc).
• Managed inquiries about the IBS program and provide training for trainers on learner registration.
• Conducted research on potential clients and then advise them on the requirements for becoming an authorized IBS training centre.
• Reviewed documents provided by clients and determine if they meet IBS training centre standards.
• Updated and managed the company website using WordPress and optimized for search engines.
• Designed and produced simple flyers, brochures promoting the IBS qualifications, to be distributed to potential clients.
• Collaborate with web developers & content writers for website content.
• Handled administrative tasks such as trade license & lease renewal, e-channel renewal, health insurance and other government related requirements.
• Managed incoming/outgoing office correspondence and phone calls.
• Maintained electronic and paper filing systems.
