My most recent work was Workforce Management, and my responsibilities was to ensure I managed the forecasting, scheduling, and availability of the proctors in real - time. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed skills that I could potentially use in the next opportunity.

- Scheduling: Developing and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while considering factors like demand, employee availability, skills.
- Forecasting: Analyzing historical data, market trends, and business projections to forecast future staffing needs. Planning for hiring, training, and retention strategies based on these forecasts.
- Resource Allocation: Allocating resources effectively by assigning tasks and responsibilities to employees according to their skills, availability, and workload.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and interpret data from various sources using statistical techniques and tools. Clean, validate, and organise data for analysis.
- Stocking and Inventory Management: Assist with restocking and organising merchandise in the convenience store area, including snacks, drinks, and other items for sale.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of various fuel types, their prices, and any promotional offers or loyalty programs the gas station might offer.
- Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment accurately. Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
